Job Description

Install, commission, and test machines and equipment at client locations.

Perform routine and preventive maintenance to ensure machines operate efficiently.

Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control-related faults in machinery.

Respond to service calls and provide on-site technical assistance.

Maintain detailed service reports and documentation.

Train customer personnel in machine operation and basic maintenance.

Coordinate with internal teams (spare parts, technical support) for issue resolution.

Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during all service activities.
