As a skilled and dedicated Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment, along with providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our customers. Your role will require strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service. You will be expected to install, commission, and test equipment at client sites, diagnose and resolve equipment issues efficiently, perform routine maintenance and preventative servicing, and provide technical support and training to clients on equipment operation. Additionally, preparing detailed reports on service and repair work completed and maintaining a strong understanding of company products and industry best practices are crucial aspects of this role. To qualify for this position, you should possess a degree or diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) and have proven experience as a Service Engineer or in a similar role. Strong technical skills, the ability to troubleshoot and repair complex equipment, excellent customer service, and communication skills are essential. Your willingness to travel as needed is also required. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, and a willingness to travel up to 25% of the time is preferred.
