Encouraging use of genuine parts provided by the Co. (Share of wallet %) [Appoint Parts distributor/ Freelancer Technician in those areas where Dealer is not providing service/ parts support] . Support encourage dealer to appoint adequate manpower required for service,. Identify training needs for Dealer technician and organise the trainings . .
