Job Description

  • Equipment Installation and Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain equipment and machinery at customer sites
  • This could include computers, telecommunications systems, industrial machines, medical devices, and more
  • Repair and Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair technical issues, equipment malfunctions, and breakdowns in the field
  • Troubleshoot problems, replace faulty components, and ensure systems are operational
  • Service Calls: Respond to service requests and service calls from customers
  • Schedule and perform on-site visits to address issues and provide technical support
  • Customer Interaction: Interact with customers in a professional and customer-focused manner
  • Answer questions, explain services, and provide updates on service status
  • Maintenance and Upgrades: Conduct routine maintenance and equipment upgrades to ensure optimal performance and extend the lifespan of machinery and systems
  • Data Collection: Collect data, measurements, or information relevant to the job, which may involve using specialized tools or instruments
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service activities, including work orders, service reports, and customer communication
  • Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment for both the field work professional and customers
