Job Description

• Installation and Commissioning of Online Check Weigher (Dynamic), Online Shipper
• Weigher, labelling machine, packing robot like case erector.
• Knowledge about secondary packaging line machine like visual inspection machine, printing machine, printer like Domino, vidojet, Markem image ,Hitachi ,etc.
• Drive parameter setting, Testing of PLC based machine, check PLC logics accordin to machine function.
• Engaged in activity Sensors , application of machine, Control panel Wiring, Verification of PLC input output, Check VFD Parameter, Sensors, Encoders.
• Review of qualifications protocol, electrical drawing.
• Review of technical data sheet, Handle vendors of different instruments and testing their accuracy in Plant.
• Perform the IQ,OQ,PQ of Pharma Machinery , New Application testing according to 21 CFR part 11 guidelines and Prepared and Reviewed Qualification Documents of all machines. (i.e. DQ, FS, FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ, PQ etc.)
• Solve the problem of machines at site as well on phone calls and Technical Service Support
• Erection & Commissioning of new machines as well as give training to clients about machines and informed them about new product.
• Prevention of difficulties that do at any where & any time and Handling AMC activity and coordinate with client
• Machine Testing before machine dispatch
• Held Factory Acceptance Test with client.
• Prepared Test Certificates for the critical parts/component
