It is essential to possess a good understanding of the ITIL framework and processes, with a strong focus on continuous service improvement, customer experience, and Service Delivery. Your responsibilities will include managing the day-to-day operations, demonstrating problem-solving skills, and the ability to resolve issues independently. As a Service Desk Operations Manager, you will be expected to effectively manage the expansion of the engagement and ensure seamless communication and interaction with all internal and external stakeholders. The role requires quick thinking and the capability to take ownership of tasks. Key Skills required for this role include Assistant Manager, Contact Center Operations, and Service Desk Operations.
