Job Description

You should have excellent communication skills, both written and oral, along with strong customer service and problem-solving abilities. Your knowledge of Microsoft Windows, MS Office, and Outlook should be top-notch. You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues and escalating them to the next level, providing technical phone support to remote users, and effectively managing escalations. It is essential that you can work well under pressure and demonstrate email and phone etiquette. This position is open to both freshers and individuals with up to 6 months of experience. This is a full-time job with the possibility of working in day shifts or rotational shifts. You will be expected to work from Monday to Friday with weekend availability. The work location is in person, so you should be prepared to work on-site.,
