Job Description

As a Technical Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to provide technical assistance to users for desktop, mail client, and MS Office products. You will be required to troubleshoot desktop operating system problems and resolve issues related to procured and in-house applications. Additionally, you will install and configure desktop operating systems and applications, as well as update antivirus software. Your role will also involve assisting users in accessing procured and in-house applications by providing them with FAQs based on call trends. You will be responsible for resolving hardware and paper jam issues with printers, coordinating with hardware support teams to address hardware failures, and resolving any print service issues caused by viruses in the network. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday, with weekend availability required. The work location will be in person, where you will be expected to provide efficient and effective technical support to users.,
