1. We are hiring on Third Party Payroll with Client MNC for Locations Hyderabad & Chennai
2. Selection criteria would include Versant Tests followed by 2 Levels of Interview (they can also close this at 1st level interview if the candidate is good).

Job Description :

• 2-6 years of hands-on experience in Technical Service Desk
• Competent in communicating technical information to technical as well as non-technical staff.
• Good problem-solving abilities.
• You should be flexible and willing to work in shifts from Sunday to Saturday Experience in a 24X7 environment across all three shifts
• Analytical, critical and deductive reasoning required to troubleshoot user issues.
• Clear, concise, professional and thorough verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, follow exacting processes and procedures and take direction positively.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Must have the ability to work well with people of varying levels of technical abilities.
• Continuous learning of new systems, business processes and concepts are a must.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
