Job Description
You will lead the end-to-end service delivery for Record to Report processes, ensuring high-quality standards. You will oversee the Finance Order to Cash Finance Fixed Assets processes to ensure seamless operations. It will be your responsibility to provide strategic direction and support for CE-Project Management initiatives. Ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and company policies will also be a key part of your role. You will monitor and manage service level agreements (SLAs) to meet or exceed client expectations and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and efficiencies. Developing and implementing best practices for financial reporting and accounting will also be under your purview. Managing and resolving any issues or escalations related to service delivery, conducting regular performance reviews, and providing feedback to team members will be important tasks. You will ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis, support the implementation of new systems and technologies to enhance service delivery, and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction. Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and efficiency will also be a key focus area. To qualify for this role, you must have extensive experience in Finance Order to Cash Finance Fixed Assets. A strong background in CE-Project Management is required, along with in-depth knowledge of Finance & Accounting and Record to Report-Accounting. Excellent communication skills in English (Read, Write, Speak) are a must, as well as the ability to work night shifts and be based in the office. A proven track record of managing service delivery in a similar role is essential, along with being detail-oriented, having strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. You should be able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively, possess strong leadership and team management skills, be proactive, and able to drive initiatives independently. A strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance is required, as well as a commitment to delivering high-quality service and achieving client satisfaction. Certifications Required: Certified Management Accountant (CMA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.,
