Technical Skill Summary Were looking for an experienced ServiceNow CSM Developer to join our growing team. This role demands strong expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM), Service Portal, integrations, and reporting. You'll be a key contributor to platform enhancements and help build scalable, enterprise-grade solutions. Key Job Functions Develop and maintain CSM solutions, portals, and dashboards Integrate ServiceNow CSM with external systems Provide expert consultation on ServiceNow technologies and data flows Core Responsibilities Lead CSM module support, enhancements, and customizations Configure workflows and troubleshoot platform issues Coordinate between technical teams and stakeholders Manage releases, break fixes, testing, and maintenance Stay updated with platform trends and implement best practices Qualifications Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, IS, or related field 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow CSM experience Full-cycle CSM implementation experience Proficiency in JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML/CSS Experience with Service Portal, integrations, and reporting Strong communication, stakeholder, and troubleshooting skills Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices Immediate Joiner,
