As a skilled professional in the field of ServiceNow platform configuration and customization, you will be responsible for creating workflows to enhance the functionality of the platform. Your role will involve leading the conceptualization, design, development, implementation, and maintenance of new and existing features within the portfolio of applications for a specific business area. Your primary tasks will include designing, coding, configuring, unit testing, maintaining, and documenting software deliverables according to established standards and utilizing appropriate tools. You will be required to build service requests based on customer requirements, including requests, request items, and tasks using workflows to manage data flows effectively between customers and support teams. Furthermore, you will leverage scripting tools and ServiceNow functionality to automate routine tasks fulfillment within the ServiceNow platform. Your expertise will be crucial in performing integrations and process automation through ServiceNow Orchestration. Experience with ServiceNow App Engine and custom/scoped app development will be valuable assets in this role. In this position, we are specifically seeking an architect who holds a CTA certification as a mandatory requirement. Your proficiency in ServiceNow platform customization and development will play a key role in the success of our projects and the continuous improvement of our service delivery capabilities.,
