Role: Senior Writer & Researcher As a Senior Writer & Researcher at Masters Union, you'll craft compelling narratives and scripts that shape the discourse around Business & Education. You will work closely with the content and academic teams to produce well-researched scripts for our content channels. If you have a knack for storytelling, a deep curiosity for research, and an ability to translate complex ideas into engaging content, this is your stage! Your Typical JD Checklist Location: Gurgaon Work Timings: 10 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Friday CTC: Based on experience and skills Experience: 2-4 years in content writing for YouTube, research, or journalism. What Will Your Day-to-Day Work Look Like Research and write in-depth articles, scripts and thought leadership pieces. Develop well-researched scripts for video content, podcasts, and presentations. Conduct interviews with industry experts, entrepreneurs, and faculty members to extract insights. Synthesize complex topics into clear, compelling, and engaging narratives Fact-check, edit, and proofread content to ensure high-quality output. Collaborate with designers, videographers, and content strategists to enhance storytelling. Stay updated on business trends, education policies, and emerging technologies. Skills Required for the Role. Exceptional Writing & Storytelling: Ability to write crisp, engaging, and well-structured scripts. Research & Analytical Skills: Strong ability to conduct primary and secondary research. Editorial: A strong approach to fact-checking, editing, and proofreading. Content Strategy: Understanding of digital publishing and audience engagement. Collaboration: Experience working with creative teams to develop multimedia content.
