Expertise of how to design, implement and deploy Extend Apps who can lead the team, structure the work and align with the stakeholders. Needs to have both technical knowledge and project as well as stakeholder management skills. At least 5 years of experience in WD studio development Design, build, test, and deploy integration solutions for Workday HR modules Analyze complex Workday business requirements to determine the impact and/or change to Workday integrations architecture Perform hands-on development of various inbound and outbound interfaces Troubleshooting integration issues requiring in depth expertise in the Workday solution Demonstrated integration experience in HR-related domains (core, compensation, benefits, recruiting, talent, performance, etc.) Coordinate assigned deliverable schedules to ensure timelines are met. Provide guidance to the team on integration strategies Bring expertise to provide the best in class architecture and solution for all integration needs associated with workday Perform all test cycles for integrations to ensure successful end-to-end delivery Participate in Workday customization activities, tuning, workflow adjustment,
