About Easebuzz Private Limited Position Overview Key Responsibilities Product Vision & Strategy: Define and implement a compelling product strategy that aligns with Easebuzzs growth targets and IPO roadmap. Leadership & Team Development: Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on innovation and accountability. Customer and Market Insight: Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to ensure product relevance, optimize market fit, and anticipate industry trends. Product Development & Execution: Own the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and cross-functional alignment. Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with engineering, sales, marketing, customer support, and regulatory teams to drive successful product launches and updates. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all products comply with RBI and other regulatory standards, particularly regarding PCI DSS, data security, and financial protocols. Performance & Analytics: Establish and track key product metrics to measure success, optimize product performance, and support data-driven decision-making. Customer-Centric Design: Champion customer needs in all decisions, working closely with UX and design teams to develop intuitive, impactful products. Requirements Leadership: Proven experience in managing and developing cross-functional product teams with the ability to inspire, mentor, and drive results. Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with RBI regulations and compliance standards (PCI DSS), along with strong knowledge of security protocols. Strategic and Analytical Abilities: Skilled in leveraging market insights and data to inform decisions, drive growth, and improve operational efficiency. Stakeholder Management: Strong track record in leading cross-functional initiatives in a highgrowth, dynamic environment. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (B.Tech preferred); an MBA or advanced degree is advantageous.
