We are currently seeking an experienced UI Designer with 3-5 years of experience to join us as a full-time, on-site Senior UI Designer. In this role, you will collaborate with UX strategists, developers, and brand teams to craft visually compelling, user-friendly interfaces that drive real impact across websites, mobile apps, and digital platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Interface Design: Create clean, modern, and responsive interfaces that ensure usability and brand consistency. - Design Systems: Develop and maintain scalable design systems, UI libraries, and component-based designs to streamline development and maintain visual cohesion. - Prototyping: Generate interactive prototypes to illustrate design flow and behavior clearly to clients and development teams. - Client Collaboration: Understand project goals and client expectations to deliver strategic UI solutions aligned with business and user needs. - Feedback & Iteration: Incorporate design feedback to refine UI concepts and deliver polished, final-ready screens. - Cross-Team Communication: Collaborate closely with UX designers, developers, and project managers to integrate UI designs seamlessly into final products. - Trend Awareness: Stay updated on the latest UI trends, accessibility standards, and design tools to drive creativity. - Mentorship: Provide creative direction and guidance to junior designers, contributing to the growth of the design team. What You Bring: - 3+ years of UI design experience, preferably in an agency or product environment. - Strong portfolio showcasing responsive web, mobile app, and/or digital product UI work. - Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and understanding of design handoff tools like Zeplin or Avocode. - Solid grasp of UX principles, user flows, and interaction design. - Bonus: Familiarity with motion design, basic prototyping animations, or front-end knowledge (HTML/CSS).
