We are currently seeking an experienced, talented, and hard-working Senior UI Designer who can build a design thinking culture within Unified Infotech and create flawless, trendy, and amazing UI/UX designs to enhance our brand presence. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for clean and artful design, superior UI skills, and the ability to translate high-level requirements into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces. Responsibilities: - Create designs for Website pages, Email, Brochures, and other marketing collaterals to ensure optimal user experience and differentiate Unified from competitors. - Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience. - Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering/marketing teams. - Conceptualize original ideas to simplify complex design roadblocks and enhance user friendliness. - Develop wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate design ideas. - Present and defend designs to peers and executive stakeholders. - Conduct user research and incorporate user feedback into designs. - Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards. Requirements: - Proven UI Experience with a strong portfolio. - Proficiency in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps. - Skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, OmniGraffle, or other design and wireframing tools. - Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping. - Ability to present designs and solutions to stakeholders effectively. - Creative problem-solving skills and knowledge of the latest UI trends and technologies. - BS/MS in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or related field. - Experience in Agile/Scrum development process. - Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and think innovatively. - Strong experience in end-to-end UI/UX design. - Attention to detail, ability to prioritize, and work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. - Positive attitude, willingness to take on new challenges, and collaborate with internal/external stakeholders. - Familiarity with tech-jargons and experience in IT/Software/Technology companies. - 7-10 years of UI/UX experience (agency background is acceptable). - Location: Kolkata (Remote/Hybrid).
