Experience - 10+years Location - Bengaluru Portfolio is mandatory for all the sourcing candidates with multiple projects. Candidates should have strong Designing Background. Candidates from Advertising or Designing companies is an added advantage.We are looking for a talented Mid-Level UI/UX Designer with a strong aesthetic eye and a passion for creating user-friendly digital experiences. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive interfaces that are both functional and in alignment with brand guidelines. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to craft seamless user experiences that align with brand guidelines and business goals. Looking for someone with 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing their best work. Key Requirements Design beautiful and intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma Conduct user research and usability testing to refine designs. Ensure consistency in UI design by maintaining and contributing to the design system. Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation. Stay updated on design trends, typography, color theory, and interaction design to create modern and engaging experiences. Strong understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and composition. Bonus Skills Experience with design systems and component libraries. Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks is a plus. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.,
