We're Looking For: UX/UI designers who can take ownership of design projects and execute them with minimal supervision. Youll work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to drive design decisions and create beautiful, functional, and user-friendly experiences. Key Qualifications: 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design (Willing to make exception for special talent) Proven ability to independently manage and execute end-to-end design projects Strong portfolio demonstrating your design process and problem-solving skills Expertise in user research, information architecture, wireframing, and prototyping Proficiency in creating visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces Experience with design systems and component-based design methodologies Ability to effectively communicate design decisions to stakeholders Adaptability to work across various domains and emerging technologies What You'll do: Execute UX/UI design projects, from user research to final implementation with the help of Design Lead Create intuitive, efficient, and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating them into your designs when appropriate How to Apply: We use a comprehensive questionnaire to understand your unique skills and experiences.
