We Are Looking For a Highly Skilled Senior UI/UX Designer With 8+ Years Of Experience In Creating User-centric Digital Experiences. The Ideal Candidate Should Have a Strong Portfolio Demonstrating Expertise In Figma, Along With a Deep Understanding Of User Interface Design, Interaction Design, And User Experience Best Practices Across Web And Mobile Lead the end-to-end design process for web and mobile products. Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into intuitive, user-centered designs. Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity visual designs using Figma. Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate based on feedback. Ensure consistency in visual design standards and contribute to the design system. Provide mentorship to junior designers and ensure design quality across projects. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies. Requirements Mandatory : Expert-level proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and design system creation. Strong portfolio showcasing complex UI/UX solutions. Proficiency in tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar is a plus. Deep understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards. Experience with Agile development environments. Excellent communication and presentation skills. (ref:hirist.tech),
