Overview of the Role Join Sky2C as a UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, user-friendly web products, ensuring seamless user experiences in a collaborative, dynamic environment. Requirements 4+ years of experience as a UI/UX designer. Proven experience working with product companies. Proficiency in prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD). Deep understanding of UX principles and best practices. Responsibilities Design intuitive and user-friendly web products. Ensure seamless UX across all digital platforms. Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to bring design concepts to life. Rapidly prototype designs and provide clear guidelines to the engineering team for implementation accuracy. Iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics. Maintain design consistency across various products and platforms. Interview Process Initial Screening - Discuss experience and skills. Design Assignment - Evaluate design thinking and creativity. Design Interview - Assess design expertise and problem-solving skills. Final Round with Senior Leadership - Cultural fit and vision alignment.
