Job Description
1) Understanding Client's Package Requirement. 2) Preparing itinerary as per client requirement. 3) Diagnose the clients specifications and wishes and suggest suitable travel packages 4) Presenting, Convincing & Sale Domestic & International tour Package to Clients. 5) Should Have Good Selling & Negotiation Skills. 6) Managing all the bookings for the client Making sales or recommendations for products orservices that may best suit customers needs. 7) Advise the customer about the destination related to climate, culture, tickets and accomo-dation, securing rental transportation etc. 8) Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional manner, striving for resolution. 9) Stay updated on travel industry trends, regulations, and best practices. 10) Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals. 12) Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
