The Role: Were seeking a Senior Technology Engineer who will be serving as a core member of the founding team. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to shape our technology stack, take ownership of end-to-end development processes, and contribute directly to the growth and success of the company. This is an ideal role for someone with experience in startups or fast-paced environments, who thrives on solving complex technical challenges and wants to play a pivotal role in building something impactful from the ground up. What Youll Do: Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications and systems Collaborate closely with product and business teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Drive technical decisions and take ownership of building robust, high-performance systems. Establish best practices in code quality, architecture, and development processes. Build a strong tech foundation that can scale with the company as we grow. What Were Looking For: 2+ years of experience in software development, particularly in Python and Django/Flask. Prior experience working in startups or fast-paced environments. Strong coding skills, with the ability to deliver clean, efficient, and maintainable code. Hands-on experience in architecting backend systems and APIs. Passion for technology and innovation, with strong problem-solving abilities.
