Role Description This is a full-time role for a Senior Technical Recruiter, based on-site in Chandigarh, India. The Senior Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for various technical positions. Other day-to-day tasks include collaborating with hiring managers to understand needs, developing effective recruitment strategies, and ensuring a smooth hiring process. Qualifications Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Technical Recruiting, and general Recruiting skills Excellent Hiring and Communication skills Strong ability to assess candidates" qualifications and fit for specific roles Experience in using recruitment tools and platforms effectively Ability to work collaboratively with team members and hiring managers Relevant experience in technical recruitment in a fast-paced environment Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred,
