Skills: Huawei Storage, SAN/NAS, Storage Migration, Hitachi Storage, Storage configurations, Storage Protocals, Responsibilities (includes Tasks And Authorities) Lead and execute storage migration projects from Hitachi storage systems to Huawei storage solutions. Provide Level 3 support for Huawei storage environments, including troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues. Design, implement, and manage Huawei storage infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and scalability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute storage migration strategies, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Perform storage capacity planning, performance tuning, and optimization. Develop and maintain documentation for storage configurations, processes, and procedures. Provide training and knowledge transfer to Level 1 and Level 2 support teams. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in storage technologies MANDATORY Minimum of 5 years of experience in storage engineering, with a focus on Huawei storage solutions. Proven experience in migrating from Hitachi storage systems to Huawei storage solutions. Strong knowledge of storage protocols (iSCSI, FC, NFS, CIFS) and storage management tools. Proficiency in Huawei storage products, including OceanStor, Dorado, and FusionStorage. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Relevant certifications in Huawei storage technologies are a plus.,
