Job Description
Manage end to end Talent Acquisition activities. Consult with stakeholders to develop appropriate sourcing strategies, such as referrals, direct sourcing, networking & social media recruitment. Provide stakeholders with market data and activity information to assess talent pipeline for current and future needs as well as facilitate feedback conversations with key stakeholder and candidates. Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the business heads and other stakeholders on a regular basis. Building and managing diverse pipeline. To provide best available talent to businesses, within budgets and stipulated timelines. Building influential candidate relationships during the selection process. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule. To tap non-conventional sources of hiring maintaining the right sourcing mix with minimum lag. Ensuring quality of hire and adherence to internal compliances & process.,
