Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand and fulfill current and future hiring needs.
- Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies via job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
- Craft compelling and inclusive job descriptions aligned with our brand voice and values.
- Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Track key hiring metrics: time-to-hire, source effectiveness, offer-to-join ratios, and more.
- Maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring and hard-to-fill roles.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and best hiring practices.
- Collaborate with onboarding teams for a smooth transition from offer to joining.
Required Qualifications:
- 4 to 6 years of full-cycle IT recruitment experience, preferably in a startup or tech-driven environment.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- In-depth understanding of technical roles, stacks, and IT hiring trends.
- Proficiency with ATS tools, sourcing platforms, and job boards (LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced work setting.
