Job Description

The Senior Support resource role entails managing and providing advanced technical support for FEBA Retail Internet Banking, Corporate Internet Banking, and Etax applications (L2/L3). Your responsibilities include resolving complex issues, analyzing logs, coordinating with vendors, and guiding L2/L1 teams. It is crucial to monitor system performance proactively to ensure availability and reliability. Additionally, you will be accountable for closing VAPT, AppSec, Compliance, IS Audit items within defined TAT. As the primary escalation point for complex issues, maintaining stakeholder communication is essential. You will diagnose, prioritize, and resolve incidents while documenting resolutions and preventive measures. Collaboration with infra, dev, and third-party teams during incident resolution is expected. Root cause analysis of recurring issues and recommending improvements are part of your duties. Participation in change management and post-deployment support activities is required. It is important to maintain technical documentation, guidelines, and a knowledge base. Generating reports on support metrics, communicating with management, and liaising between support team, IT Ops, and business clients for issue status are critical tasks. Ensuring SLAs are consistently met, tasks are well-coordinated, and mentoring junior staff to promote best troubleshooting practices are key responsibilities. Additionally, contributing to quality initiatives and continual improvement processes is necessary.
