Senior Structural Engineer We are looking for competent Senior Structural Engineers. The candidate must be able to undertake technical responsibility for projects as appropriate to the organisation of each particular project, to meet project specific time and quality targets. They should work towards the continuous improvement of the department section by utilizing effective and standardized calculation system and other design tools. Duties and Responsibilities Undertake technical responsibility for projects as appropriate to the organisation of each particular project, to meet project specific time and quality targets. Works towards the continuous improvement of the department section by utilizing effective and standardized calculation system and other design tools. Provide direction, supervision and mentoring to more junior staff. Coordination with associated disciplines to ensure interfaces are considered and designed Develop schematic designs and detailed designs for small to large scale projects. Carry out checks on the work carried out by graduate engineers and CAD technicians. Ensure effective communication and coordination on assigned tasks between all disciplines. Ensure designs meet Clients requirements and compliance with relevant Codes of Practice.Qualifications and Requirements B.Tech/M.Tech Civil/Mechanical Experience of 15+ years Professional development of CAD, graduate engineers and Design Engineers. Experience in handling Oil & Gas Projects, Power Plants, Pre Engineered Buildings, Commercial & Residential projects. Good command in structural analysis & design software like Staad Pro, Etabs, Ansys, Sap etc. Should have experience in co-ordinate for preparing Fabrication Drawings, General Arrangement Drawings, Connection Drawings.
