Job Description:- Design and analyze structural components and systems for buildings and other structures Evaluate the strength, stability, and rigidity of structures using engineering principles and methods Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal building codes and regulations Understand project requirements and provide design approach accordingly, all projects are different. Perform risk assessments and propose solutions to mitigate potential structural failures Generate calculation packages Prepare specifications & reports for construction projects Collaborate with teams and engineers to develop structural designs Manage team and get required drawings produced Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractor and other stake holder via calls, emails Attend project meetings and be an active part of the same when required Qualifications Master's degree in Structural Engineering or a related field Experience with advanced structural analysis software and tools Minimum 3-5 yrs of proven experience in managing USA based projects Should be able to communicate (verbal & written) with stakeholders In-depth knowledge of structural analysis and design principles Understanding of construction processes and material,
