Job Description
The role requires you to lead the formulation and implementation of the business strategy at the Corporate level by conducting detailed analysis of internal data and external market trends. Your responsibilities will include executing strategic initiatives across different geographies, conducting portfolio and pipeline analysis, evaluating new product and in-licensing ideas, as well as assessing M&A opportunities and market entry strategies. Additionally, you will be developing long-term business plans and identifying opportunities to improve the organization's performance. Your key responsibilities will involve developing a comprehensive long-range plan and organizational framework to support decision-making across various business functions, providing domain expertise to internal and external stakeholders, conducting scenario analysis to optimize business plans, evaluating acquisition and divestment opportunities, monitoring key performance indicators, supporting business development activities, and analyzing market trends for business expansion opportunities. To excel in this role, you should have at least 3-5 years of experience in corporate strategy, business development, or management consulting within the pharmaceutical industry. You must possess in-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, including market trends, regulatory requirements, and drug development pathways. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal abilities are essential to analyze complex data, develop actionable insights, and build relationships with stakeholders. The ideal candidate should hold an MBBS degree along with an MBA from a top-tier business school. Relevant experience in the Pharmaceutical, Consulting, or Life Sciences industry, along with strong analytical capabilities, self-motivation, teamwork skills, and effective communication abilities are crucial for success in this role.,
