Roles and Responsibilities: - Experience in designing applications from scratch, including situational layer cake and enterprise-class structure, as well as mapping organization structures and data modeling best practices. - Proficiency in Pega API, Integration, JavaScript API, Listeners, and Email Channel. - Knowledge of object-oriented development concepts, Single Sign-On (SSO), Authentication, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC), and Context-Based Access Control (CBAC). - Strong leadership and communication skills for requirement gathering, design thinking sessions, and facilitating Directly Capturing Objectives (DCO) sessions. - Leading the development team technically and ensuring the implementation of Pega best practices. - Responsible for designing, implementing, and delivering user stories in alignment with Pega best practices. Conducting code reviews and ensuring compliance with application quality standards.
