Job Description

You will be responsible for creating detailed DD&IT solution/service designs based on functional specifications to meet quality and performance requirements and technical constraints. Your major accountabilities will include developing and delivering system solutions for a specific business or technology area in alignment with defined solution architecture. You will also need to create detailed process designs necessary for the day-to-day operation of the software/service and ensure that the designs adhere to the architectural roadmap. Additionally, you will be accountable for ensuring peer review and sign off on detailed designs by business stakeholders. It will be crucial to ensure that the detailed designs align with the solution architecture design and are traceable to both functional and non-functional requirements outlined in the functional specifications. You will also need to consider the overall user experience when designing new solutions and services. Furthermore, you will need to ensure compliance with Security and Compliance policies and procedures within the Service Delivery scope. As an individual contributor, you will be handling projects of high to medium complexity and will be skilled in specific technology areas or business focuses. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience. Additionally, you should have awareness of Lean/6 Sigma, Design Thinking, Agile methodology, and possess skills in influencing without authority, collaborating across boundaries, project management, and the ability to work and lead in a matrix environment. Your skills and knowledge should encompass IT Enterprise & Business Architecture, IT Systems Design, IT Systems Integration, User Experience Design, and knowledge of IT applications and tools. Proficiency in English is required for this role.
