Job Description
Role & Responsibilities Manages own queue of work to ensure timely delivery. Understands Pensions and will not have defined set of rules and procedures when it comes to de-risking work. Escalates delays appropriately. Ensures quality of data provided by taking end to end responsibility of process delivery. Self-learning and will be required to use analytical tools and techniques. Contributes to team-based approach in managing customer and stakeholder needs or completing projects. Accountable for individual results only Knowledge of DB pensions Identifying anomalies in member data provided and to generate revenue opportunities. Experience & Qualification Graduate (Commerce preferable) Graduate with 4-6 years of experience Good communication skills Good Knowledge of Word/Excel Gathers knowledge through on-the-job training Experience in DB Pensions and PMI Qualifications will be added advantage Adaptable communicator, facilitator, influencer, and problem solver High attention to detail Good relationship skills, Proven ability to work on own initiative as well as in a team Ability to multi-task and prioritize time effectively.,
