About Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Solutions Architect - Sales to lead our clients technology solutions team. The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning technology solutions with business objectives, ensuring the efficient and effective use of technology to drive business success. The role involves managing a team of technology professionals, overseeing projects, and collaborating with various departments to implement innovative and strategic technology solutions. Develop end-to-end solution architectures, considering factors such as system integration, scalability, performance, security, and reliability. Building and managing client relationships: Actively assess and present ways to serve clients by developing solutions and offerings relevant to that client. Conduct negotiations on pricing and terms with prospective clients. Conduct demonstrations to showcase functionality and address client needs. Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and comprehensive understanding of our products and services. Provide training sessions to clients on our software solutions, optimizing their usage and maximizing value. Generating new business engagements: Drive new business opportunities by identifying and pursuing new leads, creating proposals, and facilitating client discussions and presentations to drive new business and client relationships. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and analyze business and technical requirements, and translate them into scalable and feasible solution designs. Research and evaluate new technologies, frameworks, and platforms to determine their suitability for the organization's needs. Regularly conduct account reviews to assess customer satisfaction, identify opportunities for improvement, and address any concerns. Monitor customer health and engagement, implementing strategies to increase retention and identify upsell opportunities. Escalate critical issues to appropriate channels and ensure timely resolution. Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, such as executives and project managers, and provide recommendations on technology-related decisions. Identify and mitigate technical risks by proactively identifying potential issues and developing contingency plans. Collaborate with quality assurance teams to define and implement testing strategies that validate the solution's functionality, performance, and security. Create and maintain architectural documentation, including diagrams, technical specifications, and design guidelines, to facilitate efficient development and future enhancements. Requirements: Should have 14+ years of proven experience with a strong background in software development. Proven experience in a managerial role overseeing technology solutions and teams. Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to align technology solutions with organizational goals. Must have experience in working with US/Canadian and European clients. Must have experience in frontend and backend technologies like React.Js, Node.Js, MySQL, Docker, Kubernetes, Microservices Architecture and should have good understanding in AI/ML and data pipelines. In-depth knowledge of software architecture patterns, design principles, and development methodologies. Experience in cloud computing platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and understanding of their services and deployment models. Familiarity with DevOps practices, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
