Job Details Position Senior Software Developer/TL -Web Industry Type Software Development Services Experience 6 to 8 years Salary At par with industry standard Job Location Makarba, Ahmedabad Job Description Tech Architecture: Develop and implement high-level architectural designs in line with the organizations goals, leading to robust, scalable, and maintainable technology solutions. Team Management: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering their professional growth and ensuring they adhere to best practices. Roadmap and Sprint Planning: Facilitate the planning and execution of backend development sprints in an Agile environment. Devops: Use CI/CD pipelines, database systems, alerts and monitoring Code Guidelines and Reviews: Establish coding standards and conduct regular code reviews to ensure the delivery of high-quality and secure applications. Security Audit and Implementation: Conduct security audits and oversee the implementation of security measures to protect sensitive data and systems. Technical Documentation: Ensure the creation and maintenance of accurate technical documentation for system architectures, processes, and codebases. Describe Skill and Experience Hands-on experience with Python, PHP and Js. Expertise in Other programming languages (like Java) preferred Front-end technologies like React Js Experience in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions in cloud environments (e.g. AWS, GCP) is preferred.
