Job Description
As a software developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing features in applications. Your role will involve supporting the entire application lifecycle from concept to release, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver new features, and unit-testing code for robustness. You will troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance and continuously explore new technologies to enhance development efficiency. Additionally, you will be tasked with designing user interfaces according to specifications to enhance user experience. The ideal candidate should have around 3-6 years of experience in software development, with expertise in C# and the .NET framework. Strong object-oriented design and programming skills are essential, along with a solid understanding of the design principles behind scalable applications. Working knowledge of WPF and WCF, debugging tools, performance testing, and security considerations is required. Experience in the Medical Domain would be advantageous. Candidates should be well-versed in agile software development methodology, possess excellent analytical and problems-solving skills, and exhibit strong interpersonal, communication, collaboration, and presentation abilities.
