Job Description

You will be responsible for designing and developing ServiceNow HRSD modules to align with HR processes and integrate with other HR systems. Your collaboration with HR stakeholders will be crucial in understanding requirements and designing technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform. Configuration and customization of ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows to meet business needs will be a key aspect of your role. In addition, you will be developing reports, dashboards, and analytics to offer insights into HR service performance and compliance metrics. As a Senior ServiceNow Consultant, you will also provide troubleshooting support, ensuring the smooth operation of the ServiceNow platform. Building integrations between ServiceNow and other platforms such as Workday, Oracle, and various learning management systems will be part of your responsibilities. To be successful in this role, you should be a Certified SNOW Consultant with expertise in multiple modules such as Case Management, Knowledge Management, Portal, Live Chat, and Document Management. Experience in implementing HR SNOW projects is highly valued. In terms of qualifications, you should hold a ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) certification and have previous experience in implementing HRSD solutions. A minimum of ten years of related work experience, with at least 6-7 years in a technology architect role, is required. Hands-on experience with ITIL process implementation, HR table structure, application scoping, and modern programming languages will be beneficial for this position.,
