Job Description

You will be responsible for driving end-to-end execution and implementation of operational plans through your team for the zone within the site. Your duties will include supervising the deployment, configurations, and maintenance of security systems such as firewalls, intrusions detection systems, and access controls operations for men, material, and vehicles. It will be your responsibility to maintain close oversight over sabotage incidents and ensure conclusive investigations and outcomes to identify and take appropriate legal action on perpetrators in collaboration with the legal team. You will need to supervise the plan of security events as per the annual security plan to ensure the safety of employees, assets, and operations. Additionally, you will be required to identify and develop an intelligence network to gather inputs on emerging security threats and trends in the internal and external environment that may impact the security of the site. You will then design response measures as necessary. Conducting investigations of security incidents and breaches, and providing recommendations to prevent similar incidents in the future will also be part of your role. You will need to facilitate internal and third-party security audits, mock drills, and surprise checks to ensure the reliability of the Security management system. Analyzing data to anticipate losses, conducting security risk assessments, and mitigating any external elements that could hamper business performance will also fall under your purview. Lastly, you will be required to vigilantly monitor and track instances of non-compliance, employing a proactive approach to identify deviations from established standards and regulations.,
