Your Responsibilities: - Lead and execute SAP GTS consulting projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful project outcomes. - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, nurturing long-term relationships and ensuring their satisfaction. - Offer thought leadership and strategic guidance to clients regarding GTS solutions, encompassing Customs management, trade compliance, risk management, and export/import processes. - Supervise, coach, and mentor a team of SAP consultants, providing them with guidance and support for their professional growth. - Collaborate with other functional areas like SAP SD, MM, FI, and EWM to ensure seamless integrated solution delivery. - Ensure timely project delivery within scope and budget, managing risks and upholding quality standards. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP GTS and provide insights on emerging trends and best practices. Skills and Attributes for Success: - Bachelor's or master's Degree - Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in SAP GTS. - Profound understanding of SAP GTS functionalities including customs management, compliance management, and trade preference. - Exceptional client-facing and internal communication skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels. - Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in team management and development. - Proficiency in complex problem resolution under tight deadlines and the ability to synchronize diverse technology agendas into an integrated approach. - Prior experience in multiple implementations is advantageous. - Excellent planning and organizational skills. - Exposure to presales and project management is beneficial. - Ability to work effectively in both small local and large international teams.
