As a Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and customizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions for our major international clients. This role requires a blend of full-stack development skills, advanced problem-solving capabilities, and a strong understanding of the latest Salesforce features, including Data Cloud and Personalization. Job Title: Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer Job Description: Responsibilities: Implementation & Customization: Lead the development and optimization of marketing automation processes, creating custom solutions tailored to client needs. Technical Solutions: Design and implement complex technical solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools and features. Data Modeling: Utilize your knowledge of relational data models and SQL for effective data modeling and segmentation. Mentorship: Support and mentor junior developers, guiding them through project requirements and technical challenges. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met. Development Skills: Employ both server-side technologies (SSJS, Ampscript, SQL) and client-side tools (HTML, JavaScript, CSS), with experience in frontend frameworks such as Vue or React. Custom Solutions: Develop and deliver complex, custom solutions on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform. Integrations: Manage cloud integrations, including Core Cloud and third-party systems. Qualification & Skills: Experience: Over 6+ years of experience in developing and implementing Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions. Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field. Certifications: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist and Developer certifications are required. Certification in Marketing Cloud Personalization is a plus. Full-Stack Development: Proficiency in SSJS, SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ideally with Vue or React), and experience in developing complex web projects. Data Expertise: Deep understanding of relational data models, data modeling, and SQL. CloudPages: Experience with web development in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Web Studio. Interfaces & Integrations: Skilled in handling interfaces and integrations within Core Cloud and with other third-party systems. Cross-Cloud/Core Cloud: Basic understanding of Cross-Cloud/Core Cloud concepts is advantageous. Independent Implementation: Proven ability to independently implement complex technical requirements and translate business needs into effective technical solutions. Architectural Experience: Initial experience as an architect and a willingness to advance in this area. Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information and collaborate effectively within interdisciplinary teams.
