Job Description
You will be working as a SalesForce Business Analyst at Innova ESI in Chennai, focusing on Salesforce.com Administration, Business Analysis, and optimizing Business Processes to drive digital transformation and enhance business operations. Your role will involve gathering Business Requirements, creating data flow diagrams, facilitating Business Process Optimization/Transformation, supporting the design of training materials, conducting internal training sessions for business users, and ensuring a smooth transition to newly implemented Salesforce processes. Key responsibilities include advising on the best use of Salesforce features, emphasizing out-of-the-box functionality, configuration building on the Salesforce platform, eliciting requirements under Agile and Waterfall methods, preparing functional prototypes and wireframes, collaborating with delivery teams, engaging with business product owners, and translating technical terms into business-friendly language. You should have a strong understanding of the Salesforce Platform, exposure to Banking & Finance domain, excellent communication skills, ability to analyze & design data models, user interfaces, business logic, and security for custom applications. Hands-on experience with Sales/Service Cloud, Salesforce Administrator Certification, Technology Change Management expertise, and familiarity with Agile/Waterfall projects are essential. Desirable skills include organizational skills, Salesforce certifications, and previous project experience in Salesforce. You must have at least 6+ years of relevant experience, and the role is based in Pune, Chennai, or Bangalore. Immediate joiners are preferred.
