You are a Senior Salesforce Administrator at Infinx Healthcare, responsible for leading the administration, enhancement, and governance of the Salesforce platform. In this role, you will support cross-functional teams across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance to drive efficiency through automation, ensure data quality, and enable scalable business growth. Your key responsibilities include managing user and license administration, platform configuration, sandbox environments, proactive maintenance, DevOps support, business process enablement, user engagement, data quality improvements, integration oversight, documentation, and governance. To excel in this role, you must have at least 10 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience, possess a Certified Salesforce Administrator designation, and ideally additional certifications such as Advanced Administrator and Platform App Builder. A Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required. You should have expertise in utilizing AI in day-to-day operations, a strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, experience with Salesforce Products, Pricebook, Quote, Order configuration, and automation, proficiency in Apex code and triggers, and knowledge of Data Cloud and Agentforce. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills are essential, along with effective stakeholder management and excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Desirable skills include being an active contributor to the Salesforce community, a passion for continuous learning and innovation, and familiarity with healthcare industry workflows and regulatory needs such as HIPAA and PHI.,
