Qualifications: - Required: B.E/B.Tech/MBA - Candidates from reputable institutions (NITs/Top-ranked educational institutions) are preferred - Strong academic background Experience: - Minimum 15 years of experience - Previous experience in selling pharmaceutical equipment in both Indian and international markets is essential Core Responsibilities: - Generate and pursue qualified leads for a specialized product - Engage with Pharma CXO level executives to facilitate effective sales closures - Collaborate with R&D/Production and quality teams to ensure the value proposition is understood and endorsed - Demonstrate in-depth understanding of the technology and effectively position it to customers - Lead marketing campaigns targeting Pharma R&D personnel, Production staff, Quality teams, and decision-makers to promote adoption of continuous manufacturing - Drive market interest in the technology through strategic engagement with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders - Develop innovative business models to facilitate sales by mitigating risks - Travel requirement: 40-50% of the time Essential Traits: - Profound understanding of the buying behavior of key clients and adept at building strong relationships - Confidence and the ability to engage effectively with CXO level executives - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on clarity and execution - Ability to connect with individuals across various departments, identify their requirements, and create compelling value propositions If you are ready to be a part of our dynamic team and contribute to shaping the future, reach out to us at careers@steerworld.com.
