As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our Current Account products. This is a full-time position within our Retail Banking department, specifically in the Branch Banking division. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets for Current Account products - Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals - Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities - Actively engage with potential clients to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and servicing of clients - Monitor and track sales performance and provide regular reports to management - Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities - Knowledge of current account products and services - Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Willingness to travel as needed We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for career growth and development.
