About the role: As a Salesperson specialising in excipients for the regulated market, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our portfolio of excipient products to pharmaceutical companies. Your role will involve building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, understanding market needs, and providing tailored solutions that meet regulatory requirements. Key Job Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the regulated market segment. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing expert advice on excipient solutions. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly. Technical Expertise: Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients, ensuring they are informed about our excipients" regulatory compliance and performance. (Preferred) Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market intelligence. Prepare regular reports for management on sales performance and market conditions. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including R&D, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients. Job Specifications: Minimum 8 10 years of sales experience in pharma excipients. Proven sales track record in sales management and leadership. What a good candidate would bring: Technical knowledge of pharmaceutical Excipients. High level of understanding of Pharma excipient industry. Strong Sales acumen, Clear communication, Independent, Quick decision-making ability, Proficiency in CRM tools. Experience of identifying sales opportunities & generating leads.
