As a Senior Sales Manager in the Agency Vertical at one of Indias leading insurance companies, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through the recruitment, development, and management of a high-performing team of Financial Consultants/Agents. Jobs Responsibilities Lead a team of Sales Managers and Financial Consultants/Agents to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive insurance and investment product sales, including life insurance and mutual funds. Recruit, train, and mentor Sales Managers and Financial Consultants to build a strong sales force. Monitor and evaluate team performance, ensuring high productivity and compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing tailored solutions and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. Drive business growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding the companys footprint in the assigned region. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing and sales campaigns. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies for business development.
