Your role as a full-time on-site Senior Sales Executive/Business Development Manager in Bengaluru will involve selling sponsorships, partnerships, and delegate attendance packages for strategic conferences. Building and nurturing strong relationships with industry professionals, stakeholders, speakers, and attendees will be crucial for success in this position. To excel in this role, you should possess sales, business development, and negotiation skills along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. A proven track record of meeting and surpassing sales targets, networking and relationship building capabilities are essential.
