Job Description
Deliverables Drive volume and value growth through modern trade channels, ensuring product availability and visibility. Identify and develop new business opportunities within the modern trade segment, negotiating and executing agreements with key accounts. Oversee the proper execution of product displays, planograms, and promotional materials in-store, working closely with merchandising teams. Develop, implement, and monitor promotional strategies and in-store activations in collaboration with the marketing team, adjusting tactics based on effectiveness. Monitor and analyze market trends, competition, and customer behavior, providing insights and recommendations to enhance product positioning and sales performance. Track and report sales performance, providing regular market feedback. Manage a team of in store executive and drive productivity. Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery, managing inventory levels at customer outlets to avoid stock-outs or overstocking. Experience: Should have experience in FMCG MT Sales, distribution management, people management (Should have handled 3-5 salesmen or sales rep), should have worked in large markets and must have range selling experience Must have minimum work experience of 3 years in Sales and FMCG industry.
