Job Description
The Sales Executive role involves managing customer requirements and cultivating strong relationships with customers. You must possess a proven track record in B2B sales, exceptional communication skills, and a profound understanding of customer needs. Your responsibilities will include executing strategic sales plans to meet company targets, establishing enduring customer relationships by comprehending their needs, and offering tailored solutions. You will engage in discussions with customers to finalize the monthly sales plan (MRP) and collaborate with PPC to ensure resource planning alignment. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating dispatch plans according to customer schedules and ensuring 100% adherence. Handling customer queries, facilitating effective communication between customers and internal teams for ECN implementation, and monitoring inventory movement are integral parts of your role. It is essential to track sales performance, forecasts, and customer feedback, and maintain product knowledge and market trends awareness. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, along with over 2 years of sales experience. Proficiency in sales practices, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are crucial. Familiarity with ERP/SAP, CRM software, and Microsoft Office, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, are desired skills for this role.,
